b'In 2019 TEEN PREGNANCY PREVENTIONwe invested $761,228to support ADOLESCENT PREGNANCY PREVENTION as part of the HEALTHY TOMORROW ALLIANCE with 9 community partners. We are making strides toward our 2021 goal to further reduce teen pregnancies to 20 per 1,000. From 2015 to 2018, Greensboros pregnancy rate for teens aged 15 to 19 has decreased from 27 to 22.3 per 1,000 females. Also, repeat teen pregnancy rates have steadily decreased over the same period.Healthy Tomorrow Alliance is a collaborative of Greensboro healthcare providers, youth-serving organizations and Cone Health Foundation working together to reduce teen pregnancy. When we help health care providers adopt best practices in teen health care and connect teens to the health care they need, teen health outcomes improve.
