b'PRIORITY:Strengthening FamiliesSchool-based telehealth has officially spread from Guilford County into Rockingham and Alamance countiesa rapid expansion made possible by widespread support for this transformational wellness and workforce initiative. Donors, family members and community members want to see this momentum continue because they believe school-based telehealth is an innovative yet logical solution to families challenges. Expanding into other countiesFrom our 2021 flagship site at Bessemer Elementary School (primarily funded by the Duke Endowment) to the end of 2024, 24 schools now have telehealth clinics, thanks to a mix of private and public dollars. At the beginning of last year, Cone Health began our expansion of telehealth clinics in Rockingham County by opening a site at Moss Street Elementary. We thank Tom Holderby for his philanthropic support in memory of his brother, Trey Holderby, to start the Moss Street program. In 2025, we look forward to introducing telehealth in Alamance County. We are excited to share that Hillcrest Elementary School will be the first to roll out school-based telehealth in March. Glen Raven, Knit-Wear Fabrics and Truistthree organizations committed to healthy familieshave helped to make this possible.Donors have rallied behind the telehealth movement and collectively demonstrated that our communities believe telehealth in schools should be a standard of care. As support grows, that vision becomes more of a reality every day.Folding in mental health supportWhen Cone Health and our partners first set out to bring telehealth to schools, we wanted to keep children healthy and in class, support working parents and create healthier families. A longer-term but equally important vision: offering behavioral health services to help students grow to become stronger, healthier and more resilient. Our dedicated partner, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of North Carolina, recently invested $1 million to support Cone Healths school-based telehealth program in Guilford and Rockingham counties, in collaboration with Guilford Education Alliance and Guilford County Schools. The grant will expand the telehealth model to include behavioral health, increase resources, grow the number of students receiving these services and support future expansion of the program.2o21-2o22Flagship program launches at Bessemer, total of 3 2o23 6 more school clinics open, total of 9 2o24 15 more schools open, total of 242o25 4 more open, 28 schools across 3 counties24Cone Health Philanthropy'
