Cone Health believes in the power of art to heal and inspire. To fulfill this mission, we partner with the Public Art Endowment at the Community Foundation of Greater Greensboro. The Public Art Endowment, a permanent fund for creating new community artwork, stands as the only fund of its kind in the area. With the organizations support, Cone Health can bring the work of internationally recognized sculptor Cliff Garten to Greensboro. Gartens installation is scheduled for this summer. The silver, reflective heart is broken down the middle (as shown in the rendering). It signifies Cone Healths care for all community members, from the first heartbeat to the last, and through every part of a patients health journey.
